I am using TUI of fluent. I was able load the surface mesh into fluent using the size field file and the corresponding geometry. I am also able to compute the regions for generating the volume mesh. After the regions are computed I see that the enclosure is solid. But it is supposed to be fluid. So I used the TUI to change the region to fluid. I am able to do it this way i.e when I am executing the script line by line.
But fluent is not changing the region to fluid when I run the entire script at once and it stops executing the script after computing the region. I am attaching a screen shot of my script.
Can someone please tell why this is happening and to solve this?

Any error messages?

No error messages are shown.
After line 5 is executed I just get the message as "computed"
And then there is prompt for entering new commands, I meant this "Meshing>"
