Change of turbulence intensity possible in single-phase simulation?

      Hey,
I would like to change the turbulence intensity of my fluid (water) when stirred in a tank. However, I can only find this option when I have an inlet defined, for example, a gas inlet.
Does somebody know where I can change the turbulence intensity in a single-phase simulation with no inlet? So to say, the turbulence is only introduced through the agitation.
      Thank you for your help.

Erm....  The boundary condition value is there to give the solver a number when material enters the domain. The turbulence values (k, e, w, etc) are then calculated based on the geometry, flow field etc.  As you don't have a boundary value you're starting the model off from initial conditions: setting k, e (or w) as 0.01 isn't unreasonable.
