Change Substeps in Mechanical via Workbench

  Currently I'm working with a System-Coupling calculation which includes Mechanical&Fluent.
  
  Because of the System Coupling you define only one Time Step in Mechanical, therefore you can just define one constant Substep.
  
  I tried it with a command in Mechanical, which should change the Substep after each Timestep. If there are more Time Steps you can choose, that this command should be read after each Time Step. Because of the System Coupling, this Option is not available. (Because there is only one Time Step defined)
  
  Is there a possibility to run a Script in Workbench, which changes the Substeps in Mechanical or is there are function for the Mechanical Command, that it should be read after each time step?
