Changes in the beam possitions when importing to Workbench

Hi everybody!
I am having the problem shown in the pictures. Even though the orientation and position of the beams was set in Spaceclaim, after importing the model to Workbench all the beams were moved to a new position.
I know that I can correct the beams positions by changing the offset in the details window of the beams, but I would like to know if I am doing something wrong while importing the geometry.
