Changing subscription license ID

  Hello,
  
  I'm reseller in south Korea.
  
  My customer want to change license ID.
  
  The previous ID owner left the company. So they want to change subscription license ID.
  
  What can I do ?
  
  Old ID : chulhojung@wonik.com
  
  New ID : jkh1989@wonik.com

  I have removed the admin rights of old email address and assigned it to the new one. Please ask jkh1989@wonik.com to login into his Discovery account and check if he is able to access the Administration page for managing subscriptions.

  My customer check a page and he can access the Administration page.
