Subscriber老师,关于覆盖液晶的超表面单元结构仿真有以下几个问题请教:
- 对于仿真的结构,如果在任意设置不改变的情况下,只把液晶旋向从0°变到90°,运行完成后得到两个.fsp文件,分别对两个文件中点监视器的Ex取angle,即得到相位phase_0和phase_90,如果用phase_90-phase_0得到的差值是二者之间的绝对相位差吗?这种计算方式是二者之间真实的相位差吗?或者,在FDTD仿真中,如何得到两种情况下的相位差呢?
- 将液晶的旋转角θ作为参数进行sweep扫描,得到相位关于θ角变化的函数如图所示
这里相位是直接对点监视器的Ex取angle,即phase=angle(Ex)。此时phase(90)-phase(0)=-5.05
另一种相位处理方式是phase=unwrap(angle(Ex)),得到的结果如上图所示,此时phase(90)-phase(0)=1.228.
问题是:这两种对相位不同处理下得到的相位差值哪种是准确的?或者二者是等效的吗?因为之间正好相差2*pi。

Ansys Employee这个问题还有点复杂。
目前的算法假设出射光与入射光同偏振,实际并非如此。
用phase_90-phase_0得到的差值应是二者之间的绝对相位差,因为此时不需要位相补偿了,或者补偿的传播位相都一样。
位相问题也比较复杂,一般情况下任何复数的位相超过360度都是丢掉的。Lumerical用的是正负180度,因此差值有可能接近360. 如果超过2Pi可以舍去。
