Subscriber老师您好,我想设计一个实现斜入射光束聚焦的超透镜,单个结构的周期为450nm,入射光波长为532nm,但因为斜入射单个结构存在零级和一级衍射光。请问在根据超透镜的目标相位去排列超构原子分布时,应该考虑的是FDTD计算的电场相位(所有衍射级次的电场叠加值)还是RCWA计算的单个衍射级次(0级)的相位?

Ansys Employee不管是用FDTD还是RCWA,都应该提取单个衍射级的相位,否则结果不正确,因为实际有用的透射是指定的衍射级来实现聚焦,当然高级衍射也可以实现聚焦,只是衍射角不同,衍射效率不同。
有高级衍射的超透镜一般问题比较多,比如有旁瓣杂散光,所需要的透射率有点低等缺点。

Ansys Employee单元仿真的分析组里可以指定想要的衍射级。超透镜就只能仿真整个透镜,计算焦面透射率时可以用窗口函数仅计算主光斑。
