clicking the designmodeler, pop up a window like below, help

  The error suggests you're trying to access the Turbo tools but either don't have a licence (ie you don't own that licence) or that someone else is using that feature.
  What are you trying to open?

  The license runs well, the interconnects and flexNet all displayed on running. No other is using the features. How can get fixed?
  Trying to open the designmodeler for sketching.

  What version of the software are you try to use?
  This error depicts a problem with the license key. Check the license.log file on the license server
  for any errors displayed concerning the license file.
