  whenever I tried to access cluster I got the attached error. Does anybody know how can I fix it?
  
  P.S I checked it with mobaXterm and I had the access.

  can you try using IP address for the 'submit host' ?

  From your machine, can you ssh to that submit host with the credential you put in the boxes in RSM window ? Please post the screenshot of this.

  I see. Did you have to press 'enter' when you first log into it ? If so, that's the issue.
  
  I recommend contacting Mike Sander, if he still works there, he was the cluster admin that worked with me to help Ali Tabei getting RSM Mechanical setup properly.
  
  There were a bunch of issues although most shouldn't be user specific (meaning they are already resolved and do not apply to you now)
