You must have used the Prepare tab to create a Beam Profile of a Rectangular tube. This created a second tab at the bottom of the graphics screen, with the confusing name of SYS next to the other tab called SYS which was your actual geometry.
Somehow, instead of drawing just the profile cross section, the software allowed you to go off and create 3D solids. It shouldn't let you do that.
If you click on the other SYS tab, that is where the line that will be converted to a beam by the Create tool in the Prepare tab would be drawn and would take on the Rectangular Beam Profile.
It is on the other SYS tab, shown below, where you should be drawing lines for Beams or constructing Solids.
Delete this file and start over.
