      Hello,

Please I would like to know which solver is better for porous media problems.

      CFX or FLUENT?

They're both equally capable in most cases. What are you wanting to model?

I want to model a multiphase flow through a hydrophobic mesh.

But I assume you won't be able to resolve the porous media? Do you need to account for relative permeabilities or to follow a non-linear porous media approach?

I want to be able to solve the porous media. I also want to account for relative permesbility.

      Then you can use FLUENT.

As Amine suggested, you can use Fluent to account the relative permeability. We have many examples in Youtube. Here is one of them which is very detailed and clear.
