Ansys EmployeeBut I assume you won't be able to resolve the porous media? Do you need to account for relative permeabilities or to follow a non-linear porous media approach?

Ansys EmployeeAs Amine suggested, you can use Fluent to account the relative permeability. We have many examples in Youtube. Here is one of them which is very detailed and clear.
