Compatibility Checker and Discovery Live provide different results

  The Discovery Live Compatibility Checker results are as follows:
  
  All graphics devices are compatible with Discovery Live.
  
  GPU Information:
  
  GPU 1: NVIDIA Tesla P100-SXM2-16GB
  Driver version: 23.21.13.8819
  Driver date: November 2017
  
  GPU 2: Microsoft Basic Display Adapter (Low Resolution)
  Driver version: 6.3.9600.16384
  Driver date: June 2006
  
  GPU 3: NVIDIA Tesla P100-SXM2-16GB
  Driver version: 23.21.13.8819
  Driver date: November 2017
  
  When I launch ANSYS Discovery Live I'm told that the graphics card is not compatible. In addition the 'Create Solution' button is missing from the interface.

  Have you tried updating the CUDA toolkit. The issue was resolved for some users by doing this.
  
  Also, are you trying to do a remote access or the problem occurs irrespective of it.

  No luck, I've tried this on another machine and have the same issue.

    Can you further try to delegate 1 particular GPU for processing by following the steps listed here
