SubscriberHi, I am using ANSYS Electronics Desktop (Release 18.1) for a Q3D Extractor project. After Q3D I want to use Icepak for thermal analysis.
But, the ANSYS Electronics Desktop does not have an option to INSERT AN ICEPAK DESIGN.

)ANSYS Icepak in 18.1 is a different program altogether with a different desktop window.
What export format can be used in Q3D to get the model in Icepak, so that all model features are editable in Icepak.
