  Can you please recheck the setup - geometry, material properties, and boundary conditions if they are as per the reference source?

  You have put the "conductor harmonic and transient analysis.wbpj" file in the .rar file. This file is useless without the "conductor harmonic and transient analysis_files" folder.
  If you use Workbench File, Archive, that will create a "conductor harmonic and transient analysis.wbpz" file that contains both the above items.
  You can attach a "conductor harmonic and transient analysis.wbpz" file directly to your post.
