Configuring Ansys in VDI

  Using VMWare Horizon we get repetitive messages SR Description: When launching Ansys Electronics Desktop for the first time in the session, it will always send a pop-up message that "A new installation of your Ansys product has been detected," and the Ansys Product Improvement Program pop-up as well. We have figured out that the options we choose are saved to a file in C:\Documents\Ansoft\ElectronicsDesktop2023.1\config . The issue arises when logging out and logging back into the Virtual Desktop. The files in the config folder look at the Device name when finding which file to use. When logging out and logging into the Virtual Desktop, the Device name changes every time.
  Does anyone know how we can stop it from changing the device name every time we login?
