SubscriberHello guys, I am modeling a cooling tower and ran into the problem of how to connect the two fluid zones. I have a cooling tower placed in a cylindrical calculation area. The calculation area has an inlet and an outlet. The cooling tower so has an inlet and an outlet, how do I make the air flow from the computational domain into the cooling tower through its inlet?

Ansys EmployeeHello,
You can basically set the inlet of the cooling tower as 'internal' and give, for example, pressure outlet condition at the outlet of the cooling tower.

Boost Ansys Fluent Simulations with AWS
Computational Fluid Dynamics (CFD) helps engineers design products in which the flow of fluid components is a significant challenge. These different use cases often require large complex models to solve on a traditional workstation.
