Continuous Wave in FDTD

  Hi,
  
  I would like to set the continuous wave (CW) in my fsp.file of strip waveguide. Currently, the most of source is set as the pulse. When the source is changed to continuous wave for time, I want to show the flow of the waveguide in the movie monitor.
  
  Does anyone know it?

  If your purpose is to show the CW monive, no need to use cw source. Instead, you can create a movie using Matlab. Please refer this example: https://optics.ansys.com/hc/en-us/articles/360034915793-Making-a-CW-movie-from-a-frequency-monitor
