SubscriberHello everyone,
I am trying to model an OLED using Charge, when running the project, I get this error: there was an unknown parallel error. The error code is 9010, the process number is 0. I am trying to fix this issue according to this link https: //optics.ansys.com/hc/en-us/articles/8355464963987-Troubleshooting-convergence-errors-in-CHARGE
But I still have the same problem. can anyone help me?

Ansys EmployeeHello Basma,
Can you please share a screenshot?
Additionally, like you mentioned having a well-adjusted mesh across the simulation region is important. More specifically, that the mesh is able to resolve the smallest features of the simulation while allowing for larger mesh size in other areas, to reduce total simulation time. I also suggest examining your voltage boundary condition settings.
Thanks and regards
Devika

SubscriberDear Devila,
Thanks a lot for your reply. This is the first time using the charge, I built an OLED structure of Al(100nm)/Lif(1nm)/Alq3(60nm)/NPB(75 nm)/glass(1.5um). I also entered only some properties of the materials like Eg, permittivity, and workflow, as I have trouble finding the electronic properties of these materials. I set the global mesh setting of the charge solver with a min edge length of 0.001 um and a max edge length of 2 um, as shown in the following figures.
