Convergence issues- low stiffness material

  Hello,
  
  I have a problem with solution convergence. Despite the fact I have used nonlinear mesh adaptivity I still have the error concerning element distortion.
  
  I am simulating articular disc loading with 100 N. The Young modulus of the disc material is 4 MPa. I consider it as a linear (which is obviously incorrect, maybe later as a hyperelastic).
  
  I would be really thankful for any advice and suggestion.
