Subscribersolution value does not change with mesh resolution (I have tried an extensive range of 40 to 1mm because I was unsure if it had already converged). However, that is not the case and I believe my analysis has errors. Can anyone help me? I really need to sort this out. I had refinements on my mesh, i removed them and capture curvature and reran and the same issue appears. Moreover, this happens to the same model and mesh study in a different loading case, as I have a few tests on the same model.

Ansys EmployeeI would recommend running one case with small mesh size (like say 5 mm) without using parameter updates i.e. just solve in Mechanical with 5 mm size. Then review the results and make sure this parameter has the intended effect on the results. This is to see if the issue is with the parameterized quantity.

Ansys EmployeeHi Betriz
Usually we run convergence studies on derived results, like stress. FEM's can be pretty course, relatively speaking, and still be fairly accurate in the directly solved for variable (like displacements). It depends on the specific physics, element used, mesh size/density etc. What happens if you increase the element size instead of decreasing?
