Hi, I'm sure this has been answered before, but I am not able to find the answer I am looking for. When trying to import STL file to DesignModeler, I am unable to merge faces using the Merge tool, I get the error that the "conversion of body to designmodeler format failed context: feature merge"

Do you have SpaceClaim? That has some good tools to manipulate STL facet bodies. I don't think the DM Merge feature works on facet bodies.

Thanks, I do have space claim. I had used the merge function to merge facets before in DM and it worked just fine.

It must be geometry dependent in DM when operating the merge function.
