Ansys EmployeeI understand it as you have a device which sucks air out of the room and serves as heat removal right?n -

Ansys EmployeeOr do you want to calculate the cooling load like in : https://theengineeringmindset.com/cooling-load-calculation-cold-room/ I guess it is then a matter of heat fluxes and temperature evaluation of humid air HVAC system.n -

Ansys EmployeeI'd include the solid bodies (person) and use a source term, possible a boundary heat flux (stove) and radiator (TV - it's too thin to want to use a solid, I would for an older style CRT). I like the representation of the people: shows you've realised that trying to capture all the detail isn't necessary in this type of model. Don't forget to include a heat loss mechanism or it'll get very warm in there. -

SubscriberHi,
When designing an HVAC system, it's important to accurately determine the cooling load of the building to ensure that the system is appropriately sized and will operate efficiently.
I suggested you to use EDS.Tech for cooling load. I also used this and it will be beneficial
Thanx

Boost Ansys Fluent Simulations with AWS
Computational Fluid Dynamics (CFD) helps engineers design products in which the flow of fluid components is a significant challenge. These different use cases often require large complex models to solve on a traditional workstation.
