Correct Application of Beam Connections

Hello everyone. I´m working on a support structure which consists on several plates screwd to a base.
Each plate was modeled as a midsurface.
The contacts between the plates would be frictional.
Which would be the appropiate manner to realize the connection?
      A) Should I create a beam connection between each pair of plates?
      B) Should I use 1 beam connection selecting 1 plate as reference scope and 10 plates as mobile scope?
      C) Should I use 1 beam connection selecting 5 plates as reference scope and 6 plates as a reference scope?
      Any comment would be aprreciated.
      Any suggestions , .
      Thanks Oppen.

Is there a gap between the plates and the screw? If yes then you can the approach indicated here:
Bolt Modeling Connections as Beam Elements | Ansys Courses
If there is contact between screw and plates then one simplification might be defining frictional contact (edge to edge) between bolt and plate.
