Ansys EmployeePlease use the "Contact Us" option on ansys.com or email your account manager from your University email address. The admin team can then figure out who is responsible (Ansys or a Partner) and pass on details.

SubscriberThanks Rob. But I have already used the "contact us" option and no one followed up with me.
Can you please clarify further what you mean by: "email your account manager from your University email address" mentione in your reply above.
Thanks

Ansys EmployeeIf you know who provides your software, and where the POs go you can email them directly: I don't know where you are. We're not able to do much with gmail/hotmail type addresses so need something that's linked to a company/institute.
If you've not heard by Tuesday bump the thread and I'll leave my contact details to get things moving. It's hometime here, and I'm out Monday along with the rest of the UK.

SubscriberI am in Lebanon. I am working on my PhD at Saint Joseph University of Beirut, Lebanon.
My email address is Edit - Rob
Hopefully by Tuesday someone will have answered me. In all cases, just to give you an idea about the request I sent via the “contact Us” option: we are intending to purchase an enterprise Ansys fluent license.
Enjoy the weekend 😊

Ansys EmployeeThanks Tony. I've just messaged the Regional Manager (sales) so you should hear from us or the local team shortly. I also removed your email address from the post.

Ansys EmployeeOK, my apologies. I've reminded the manager, and will apply a bit more force when I'm back in the office later this week.

Ansys EmployeeI've heard back that they've emailed the address you provided a couple of times but not had a reply. It's a work email address (ie not gmail) so not sure what's causing the problem.

SubscriberWe replied and had a phone call with the local office. We are having a follow-up meeting tomorrow to fine-tune the license details/requirements. So things are on track. Thanks for your assistance. I believe this thread can be closed now.
