  take specific line plot out of these plots then what to do in the script

  How did you plot those? is it from a script file or from visualizer?
  if it is from script, you know the variable name, and choose its proper index you will be able to get it.
  If it is from a visualizer, most likely you can use getresult from the monitor data: getresult - Script command
