      I changed the PC name to "abc" without quotation marks of course and continued without being able to use the software.


      Any suggestion tsiriaks?

      Hi alonsoamz,


      Try renaming the following folders to anything else (e.g., you can add .old at the end)


      C:UsersAppDataLocalTemp.ansys


      C:UsersAppDataRoamingAnsys


      If that doesn't work, please post the following information


      go to C:UsersAppDataLocalTemp.ansys


      then look for the file that says 'demo..log' 


      Open this file up and scroll to the bottom of the file and post the screenshots of it.


      Also, just to verify, do you have any other ANSYS version installed ?

      What if you change the language to be default to English , then reboot the machine ?
