Can you check this path C:Program FilesANSYS IncANSYS StudentShared FilesLicensingwinx64 (default install path) and check if you have any update folder? If so, can you move the contents of the update folder to the winx64 folder?

Please check your username and computer name and make sure that there is no special characters. I would recommend to just try creating a user profile with simple english letter like 'abc' or something and see if you get the same issue.
