Do you have a proxy server in place?
If you have a proxy server in place you will need to go through point 5B of the Troubleshooting Document.
Can you please make the changes as suggested and let me know if you still face the issue?

Ansys EmployeeHello tkanazaw
Thank you for sharing the .ansys folder.
- Can you please go to the Windows Control Panel under Internet Properties, click on the Connections tab and then click on LAN settings and send us a screenshot of it.
- Also, can you make sure you have set below environment variable and tried launching Discovery:
HTTPS_PROXY="http://host:port" (here host and port are the proxy host and port)
-
If it still does not work, can you please send us all the files apart from the .ansys folder as requested in #6 of the Troubleshooting Document?
You can send the filed to the same email id as mentioned in my precious reply.
Thanks & Regards
Subashni

I seem to have not received any email from you.
Is this issue resolved? Or is there any difficulty you are facing sending me the files?
