Couldn’t open ANSYS workbench

  Hi guys, i have attached the image which shows the error message as above. I used ANSYS STUDENT 2019R2 and it shown this error message for first time . So i thought that it's about version and i installed ANSYS STUDENT 2019R3 version but again same thing happens. And i got only below feature in workbench window.

  I have attached computer management window. it doesn't have ansys license manager . is it okay with Student product ? or if it is not , what would be the solution ?... help me guys . thanks you for your support in advance !

  Student has it's own inbuilt licence manager and tends to conflict with any "normally licenced" Ansys products. Have you got another version installed?

  i had installed 2019R2 version which shown the error first time and at that time i had only one version . Important to note that is, it worked well and i simulated various models.And for a while I hadn't used certain period . when i revisited to Software i encountered this issue .
  
  As i stated , i unistalled the R2 version and installed the 2019R3 version but facing same issue.
