crash of electronic desktop when importing data

  I'm right trying to import my data to 2D lookup table XY in Twinbuilder. These data were generated from Maxwell 2D results in form of csv. The csv file is located in the same file of Twinbuilder porject. Everytime i opened the 2D lookup table XY parameters tab, and tried to select the csv in the File Name, after my click on OK, then crash the Twinbuilder suddenly and without any error infomations.
  I really don't know what is wrong in this process and how can i fix this problem.

    Hello GLUO,
    The .csv file is not large as far I think, like 60-80 KB.
    But I used component NDTAB and NDNL to replace the 2D Lookup Table XY, it works well now.
    I've met another urgent problem at this link https://forum.ansys.com/forums/topic/not-able-to-connect-to-the-server-dell-port-number-7779/. Could you help me for that solution?
    Anyway thanks for replying.
