Creating a 3D airfoil mesh by extruding 2D

      You got it correctly. You can use ICEMCFD to extrude 2D mesh to 3D mesh.
      If you do not use ICEMCFD then you will need to create geometry. Please use SpaceCLaim to create geometry using those curves. Blend tool in SpaceClaim will help here.

      I suggest you visit https://aeroptimal.com/mesh (you must create an account to use this module), where you can create a full structured airfoil mesh -
