SubscriberI have a solid mesh of a curved part and am trying to find stress values along a line where a crack might occur. I will then use the stress values along the assumed crack length in a crack growth analysis. I know I can probe values along my proposed crack but I find that method not precise enough. Is there a way within Ansys mechanical to create a path on a curved surface so that I can extract the stress along the assumed crack line?
