SubscriberHi,
I am trying to create a Design Point Service system that allows for access across networks for evaluators (ie. able to access computing power in a different location), however when running the DCS Host on my computer, the connection given is only a local one (127.0.0.1). I was hoping for some guidance on how to allow other users to connect via a URL or IP as I have not been able to find any resources on the topic.
Thanks,
Andrew -

If not, you may need to find the ASC (ANSYS Support Coordinator) at your school and ask that person to login and download for you. This could be IT or someone in your department.
Thanks,
Win

SubscriberHi Win,
The trick worked! Thank you for that.
I will do some more research into the issue. I thought about it some more and I may have not set up ports on my router correctly to allow for connections so I will have to try that.
Thanks,
Andrew
