Critical Error when trying to install Ansys

Critical Error when trying to install Ansys – Structures

  I'm a student in CU Hyperloop trying to install ANSYS Structures package. Most of the people on my team haven't had any trouble installing but I keep running into a critical error. I enter the ip address in the hostname and then review all my settings but once I press "next" it seems Ansys doesn't really begin installing as it stays at 0% and gives me the critical error pictured below:
  Does anyone know what this means? Would love to get Ansys installed as soon as possible.
