Critical Error while downloading

I have tried downloading ANSYS multiple times but every time I try to start the download it says critical error and has me close the program. I know that it is not an issue relating to storage and I do have Windows 11. I am not sure what the issue could be

Are there any errors listed in the Windows Event Viewer?
