CUDA version incompatible

I just installed Discovery Live and the latest driver for my graphical card (NVIDIA Quadro P1000) but when I try to launch it I have an error message that the CUDA is incompatible. How do I fix this?

      Thanks

This is an issue we're still working to fully resolve.

It may be related to the Power setting in the NVIDIA control panel.

Each control panel is different, but you should be able to access it by right clicking on the Windows desktop background and selecting NVIDIA Control Panel.

Looks for the power settings.  I'd recommend using the default setting (NVIDIA driver-controlled)

BBueno_ANSYS i have tried changing the power setting in the NVIDIA control panel, but it was already set to NVIDIA-driver controlled. I have tried all the other options, but Discovery Live still won't start...

BBueno_ANSYS the latest driver (391.03-quadro-grid-desktop-notebook-win10-64bit-international-whql) was already installed, with the correct power option. What else can be done?

      Thanks

asch_ecocinetic  Brian Bueno  Is the issue resolved ? - I am planning to source 2 machines with P1000 4GB memory - Is it safe to go ahead with this graphic card configuration ?

        Please let me know.

        Thanks!

Do you still have the PC that was exhibiting the error in the past to run a test?

We found that CUDA problems like this one can often be resolved by deleting a file called nvcuda.dll

Check if there is DLL file nvcuda.dll in the Discovery installation directory and delete it.  It is typically in C:Program FilesANSYS Incv193scdm .  Do not delete the LLD file: nvcuda.LLD
