SubscriberANSYS products are tested with a list of graphics cards and any defects are fixed before releasing the product. These cards are marketed to engineering professionals and carry a higher price than the same chipset that is put into a gaming card and marketed to gamers. The Professional cards have drivers that are tested to work with ANSYS and other CAD software, whereas the Gaming cards are tested to work with gaming software.
If a computer has a gaming card, it might work with ANSYS, but it might not. You have to test it to find out.
What graphics card is in the computer you are using?
Try updating the Graphics driver for your card to the latest release.
