SubscriberHi,
I conducted a cyclic symmetry structural anslysis. Then, I implemented small geometrical changes but there is no any axis change or geometrical movement. When I run cyclic symmetry structural analysis with updated geoemtry, I get an error as shared below;
"Newton-Raphson iterative solution is not available for cyclic symmetry analysis (CYCLIC command) with non-cyclic loading."
I changed solver with direct method, but the situation is the same. Analysis can run only when I suppress rotational velocity.
I will appreciate it ifyou can provide any solution.
Thanks in advance,
Talha

Boost Ansys Fluent Simulations with AWS
Computational Fluid Dynamics (CFD) helps engineers design products in which the flow of fluid components is a significant challenge. These different use cases often require large complex models to solve on a traditional workstation.
