Ansys Employee错误信息说总反射率透射率计算有误,你可以单独计算它们,看看问题在什么地方。会不会是两个监视器的频率点数不一样?我一般是先设置一个监视器,一切调整好后,拷贝为第二个监视器,以免中间出错。当然你用的分析组,应该是设置好了的。
高级衍射应该没有啥问题,因为你只需要零级衍射结果。
你进入分析组脚本,再运行,看看哪一行出错了,参考这个帖子用问号诊断:

你也可以把分析组脚本拷出来作为独立脚本,修改一下,方便以后分析其它周期结构。
