当从HFSS 3D layout导出模型到HFSS或Q3D时发现有些圆弧结构变成了分段折线，怎么解决？

当从HFSS 3D layout导出模型到HFSS或Q3D时，软件会基于3D layout中的模型mesh导出结构。如果模型中有圆弧结构，mesh的时候会被分段近似，所以导入到HFSS/Q3D中的圆弧结构会变成分段的折线，如下图所示。
这种弧形的近似精度可以通过3D layout中的HFSS setup下的设置来控制。如下图所示，在Advanced栏中的Vias，可以编辑对过孔的近似，Number of sides默认值为6。在Advanced Meshing栏中，修改Arc step size以及Maximum number of arc points，可以调整弧线的近似精度，Arc step size默认值为30度。
