SubscriberHello all
I am new to battery thermal modelling. I am using Circuit network method with NTGK sub-model. The model parameters are provided using parameter estimation tool, were the dat files which has data from the discharge test of the cell is given as input.
All the .dat files are from previous Ansys workshop.
Can anyone help me on how to create .dat files ?
Also what data from the discharge test of the battery is required so as to create .dat files so that it can be provided as input in parameter estimation tool.
Your insights will be of great help
Regards
Chinmaya

Ansys EmployeeHello Chinmaya,
The parameters are usually got from the battery OEM vendors or the prototypes which are already available in Fluent. There are a few technical papers that you could refer to as well for a more in depth information. I hope this helps!
