November 13, 2020 at 11:56 amRobForum ModeratorI'm not sure what you mean. We can extract a single region (geometry) from a larger assembly and having meshed just that can simulate it. So, for example, we can extract a valve and short length of pipe from a larger network to focus on the valve. n
November 14, 2020 at 2:51 pmAskandLearnSubscriberI want to simulate the heat transfer inside a container with respectively, 10 mL, 20 mL and 30 mL. How can specify the volumes inside the container and be sure they are exactly 10 mL, 20 mL and 30 mL?n
November 16, 2020 at 12:19 pmRobForum ModeratorYou can do this in the geometry tool, just label them before moving to meshing. Just make the volume at the size(s) required. n
November 16, 2020 at 8:25 pmAskandLearnSubscriberIt is not easy to decide at which height I exactly I can get the different volume. Can I use a tool to tell the exact volume or should I visually do a couple of tries? n

Boost Ansys Fluent Simulations with AWS
Computational Fluid Dynamics (CFD) helps engineers design products in which the flow of fluid components is a significant challenge. These different use cases often require large complex models to solve on a traditional workstation.
