  hello, I have a customer with this error message at the time of
  the recording:
  He has this message in the case of recording
  and in the case of register-sub (if he wants to make a copy of his assembly)
  
  design registration error
  
  unable to save the document
  
  in french :
  
  erreur d'enregistrement de la conception
  
  impossible d'enregistrer le document

  Does the customer face this issue only with this model or does this happen with all models?
  
  Could you please try running the application with 'Run as administrator'?

  Hi,
  
  the customer has reinstalled the new version of spaceclaim and it works again. He just lost a day's work. I advised him to register more often in case the problem reappeared.

  I'm not sure what could have caused the issue. I'm sorry for the inconvenience caused.
  
  Could you please ask the customer to record the steps to the error in case it occurs again so that we can investigate this issue further from our end.
