I have modelled HVAC room with Solar Load Model. I confuse about External Radiation Temperature on Thermal Tab (radiation). Can anyone help me to explain about External Radiation Temperature ? What it is?

      Thx.

The external radiation temperature is the temperature that an external radiation source or sink imposes on the outside of the domain. This is used to calculate the heat flux to the wall.

      Thanks,

If I know the external radiation heat flux, Is there a way to convert that to a temperature? n

If you know the emissivity and ambient sink temperature, you might be able to use the Stefan-Boltzmann law to calculate an average wall temperature. However, I'm not fully sure why you are asking this question? How are you using this data in your model?nThanks.nKarthikn
