Diameter dimension in detail view

  Hello,
  
  in detail view of cylindrical objects, when I insert dimension on a diameter the dimension is always whole and bigger than detail view (see image below)
  
  Is it possible to have dimension interrupted like usually done on this type of view? (see example below)
