Subscriber个人理解,2D仿真中,TE模的电场在传播平面,磁场垂直于传播平面,TM模磁场在传播平面,电场垂直于传播平面。
运行仿真会发现,当偏振角度设置为0时这个后缀会变成TE,90时是TM,设置成其他数值会同时生成TE和TM的文件。
查看log文件也能看到,当角度为0时提示运行TE Simulation,设置成其他数值会提示运行TE和TM Simulation。

Subscriber那在3D的时候想要一个TM光栅source应该怎么设置呢,想要高斯光入射到光栅,传到波导中的TM的T高。

Subscriber3D显然很难再定义TETM,根据实际的情况设置入射的角度以及偏振的角度即可。

你可以用User Select 模式计算查看偏振现象,看看哪个分量占主导,你先选择哪种偏振作为光源。
