Different meshing sizes to one 2d geometry Ansys fluent

My geometry is one body. The simulation is affected as tthe meshing is not accurate. I have meshed and refined at 0.001 however I need to make the box section coarse and the adapt the sharp points as it shows inconsistencies when simulating -
