I am trying to automatize the creation of a geometry in SpaceClaim. But I am having difficulting in selecting multiple faces to be extruded, when the nb of faces is a variable. I created a list with the faces names as strings. But I don't know how to convert string to ScriptSmartVariable. Any hints on that are very welcome. I am copying the important part of the script below:

please post under geometry and cad category to get better response.
right now i am moving this thread to the same.
i am not scripting expert. but why do you need scripting? can you please check if you can make use of parameters in spaceclaim.
