  How do you dimension the angular distance between the two holes?

  Go to the Dimension tool and select the face/plane on which the dimension is to be created. Next, hover over the first hole to highlight its axis. Once highlighted, select the axis and then hold down CTRL to select the axis located at center of the part on which the holes are created. If the axis doesn't appear, you will have to create it first. Then while still holding CTRL, hover over the second hole and select its axis. The dimension should now show the angle between holes.
