Dimensioning?

Why am I forced to have this dimension on the right side of the arrows? I don't want the dimension on top of my part, I want it on the left side, but it will not let me drag it left.

Moving the mouse while specifying allows to place the dimension at the desired location.
If this is not working for you, can you please share your user settings so that I can check from my end to see if there is any thing in the setting that is causing this?
You can export user settings from SpaceClaim Options as shown in the image below.

Right after I posted I noticed there is a hidden little red dot. Not very intuitive, but it is there. It seems like this would either be visible when I select the dimension to drag it around or a little easier to find than just hunting around the screen with your mouse.
